On Water

Hyperallergic did an article “LACMA Restaurant Hires Water Sommelier, Launches 45-Page Water Menu.”  I cracked up, frankly, and wrote to my friends in Lalaland that apparently Los Angeles (home) had too much time and money on its hands.  Within the article, however, was the best laugh, and I am posting a connection to it, below, “Penn & Teller Bullshit on Water.”  I am sipping my Portland tap water, while LMAO, on this wet summer morning.
